  • Represented a major joint-stock company in commodities’ exchange in matters regarding unfair competition;
  • Assisted a major real-estate company to implement the new data protection regulatory/GDPR;
  • Participated in the procedure of acquisition of an important PR company from Romania, including the completion of the Due Diligence in this matter;
  • Assisted a film company from UK in drafting various contracts concerning the development and production process, including contracts for Casting Director, Talent Producer etc;
  • Assisted one of the main Insurance –Reinsurance Companies from Romania in arbitration, drafting shares sale purchase agreement and other specific contracts;
  • Coordinated in four (4) countries the payments of the annuity fees and recordal of assignment of a European Patent.
