• Direct legal assistance and legal advice for the first port infrastructure and superstructure project in Romania in connection with European funding on multiple aspects related to the establishment of public-private partnerships, design contracts, public procurement contracts and especially related with the direct approval by the European Commission of the first state aid for private beneficiaries;
• Coordination of the litigation department within the law firm “Beatrice, Onica – Jarka & Asociații”, previously called “Cunescu, Balaciu & Asociații”, in the successful representation in the courts in Romania but also in the USA, of a multitude of important clients, including the Romanian state and state-owned companies, in litigation of company law, competition law, intellectual property law, labor law, property law, insolvency, public procurement and construction, billboards, with a total values of over 2 billion USD;
• Coordination of the “Beatrice, Onica – Jarka & Asociații” team of international (ICC, ICSID) and domestic commercial arbitration in areas related to construction, energy, including advising in order to initiate arbitrations on Bilateral Investment Treaties in the field of green energy, following the change of the framework applicable legislation;
• Settlement as arbitrator of over 200 international disputes following nomination on the lists of arbitrators of the prestigious international and domestic arbitration forums:
