2nd edition of the EnJoy European Court of Arbitration Moot Competition

Beatrice Onica -Jarka & Asociatii is delighted to host and support in our offices the 2nd edition of the EnJoy European Court of Arbitration Moot Competition organised by the European Court of Arbitration – Cour Européenne d’Arbitrage and Asociatia Internationala de Business si Arbitraj- AIB&A. The competition is an introduction into the arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution to the courts. The moot is a true celebration of youth and arbitration, where the students from Law Faculties of University of Bucharest, Babes-Bolyai University, Universitatea de Stat din Moldova and Tibiscus University of Timisoara UTT had the chance to plead before the profesional Arbitral Tribunals under the arbitration rules of European Court of Arbitration – Cour Européenne d’Arbitrage.
